New shape. More fun in the wave. The original is back, with a radical look and an even wider range of use. Thanks to the new outline and the fundamentally revised rocker course, the Ripper in the fourth generation is easier to ride than its predecessor, but has not lost any of its radicalism. The fiberglass laminate with PU core ensures maximum flex and liveliness.
What’s new?
The Ripper features a wider outline inspired by classic fish shapes and a new mini wallow tail that delivers an extra dose of bite in turns. Added speed is generated by the now flatter angle of the side fins to the centerline of the hull. With its extra width (19″ in the 5’8″ size) and increased volume in the stance area, the board won’t let an underpowered kite – or powerless waves – slow it down, so your favorite fourth-generation Ripper might even go down a size.
